We provide Backend Financial Processing Services. We are proficient in Peachtree, QuickBooks, GL Accounting and Sage. Currently we are performing book keeping and taxation assignments of number of sole proprietorships / partnership business and small and medium enterprises in accordance with the requirements as laid down under the International Accounting Standards, International Standards of Auditing and other relevant laws of the Country.
  
We are looking to explore the international market especially UAE, UK and Australia in e-Accounting, data processing and other account based activities. We have also our representative there in Dubai, UK and Australia who are always ready to guide the clients over there. The role performed by overseas staff is to meet with the client, obtain their requirement and deadlines and finally sends the assignment here in Pakistan via DHL / FedEx. The rest of the team of Pakistan division took over the assignment and all the details from the overseas location and then perform the assigned task and send it back to him for delivery.
  
Book Keeping
  
The services include:
  
  • Preparation of monthly profit and loss account and balance sheet.
  • Financial and management reporting including; Bank Reconciliation, Cash Flow Management, Inventory Management and Turnover, Customer Profitability Analysis, Asset Management, Ratio Analysis, Budgeting and Projection, Business Plans, Internal Control Analysis, Polices and Procedures Manuals.
  • Pay roll processing and reporting, compensation and fringe benefit planning.
  • Maintain Receivables and Payable, A/P and A/R Planning
  • Preparation and maintenance of General Ledgers
  • Preparation and maintenance of monthly Journal Vouchers, Bank & Cash Payment Vouchers and Bank & Cash Receipt Vouchers.
  
The monthly reporting includes:
  
  • Profit and Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
  • Vouchers.
  • A Letter which sets out the more important matters which, in our opinion, should be brought to management’s attention and corrective action.
  
Sales Tax/Value Added Tax (VAT)
  
The following services includes within this function:
  
  • Preparation of monthly sales tax/VAT return.
  • Filing of the monthly sales tax/VAT return with the concerned authorities.
  • Advising on compliance with law and applicable statutory provisions.
  
Income Tax
  
The services include within this function:
  
  • Provide on-going advice on various matters affecting compliance with the provisions of income tax regulations.
  • Advise and prepare various statements and returns required to be filed under the current tax regulations.
  
Corporate Secretarial
  
We provide services for:
  
  • Preparation and submission of annual corporate returns to Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)
  • Preparation and maintenance of Statutory Books.
  • Facilitate in the preparation of minutes relating to Board of Directors’ meetings, preparation of resolutions, preparation of share transfer deeds etc.
  • Provide on-going advice on various matters relating to Corporate Secretarial activities.
